How to buy Titan Email
Your Titan email address is linked to your domain name. Here's how to get started.
Custom emails are built off of your domain. You can buy one from us, use a domain in your Hover account, or transfer your domain from another registrar.
Buying a new domain? Simply add on a Titan Email plan during checkout. If you're using a domain in your Hover account (or transferring one in), you'll add it from your Hover account.
Decide on what you want before the @, be it hello@, yourname@, or a role-based help@.

What is professional email?
A professional or business email uses your own domain instead of a generic provider, think you@yourbusiness.com.
How is Titan Email billed?
Email is billed yearly, though we show you the monthly rate so it's easy to compare. If you add a mailbox partway through the year, we prorate the cost so it lines up with your existing renewal date.
Why use a custom email address instead of a free email address?
An address on your own domain builds trust instantly. Customers know they're dealing with the real you.
Do I need a website to create a professional email address?
You don't need an active website, but you do need your own domain name. You can register one with Hover if you don't have one yet.
Can I migrate my existing mailbox to Titan?
Migration isn't available yet, but it's coming soon. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.
Can I access my email on a mobile device?
Yes. Titan works on any mobile browser, and dedicated apps are available for both Android and iOS.
I'm already a Hover email customer, does anything change for me?
Nothing changes today. Your current email keeps working exactly as it does now.
Do you have spam and virus filtering?
Yes. Every incoming message is filtered for spam, malware and viruses before it reaches your inbox.
What support is available if I run into trouble?
