With festivities in full swing, we wanted to let you know about our Support hours over these special days:

Tuesday, December 24th: 8am – 5pm ET (Open with reduced hours)
Wednesday, December 25th: Closed

Thursday, Dec 26th – Monday, Dec 30th: 8am – 8pm ET – Regular Hours

Tuesday, December 31st: 8am – 5pm ET (Open with reduced hours)
Wednesday, January 1st: Closed

Thursday, January 2nd: 8am – 8pm ET – Regular Hours resume

We hope you spend your holidays surrounded by friends and family, eating festive snacks, and generally feeling merry. If you’re wondering why we’re not staying open 365 days a year, it’s because we want our customer support team to spend their holidays the same way! We really like our staff. Celebrating the holidays is just one of the ways our employees stay jolly all year round, so they can bring you happiness too. :)

If you were planning some serious domain name management over the holidays, or you run into any trouble at all, we’ve got tons of online tutorials and forums to help you get by. Head over to the Hover Help Center and do a quick search for whatever it is you’d like to do.

Of course, you can still shoot us an email at help@hover.com while we’re away on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. We’ll be well-fed, rested and ready to get back to you right away on December 26th and January 2nd.
