When Ting was born, we knew that if there’s one industry that’s missing a quality customer service relationship, it’s mobile. And so, the Hover and Ting support staff all share a space, knowledge base and keenness to help.

We’re looking for a positive, strong team player to join us. You’ll be on the front lines helping customers via our no-hold support line, social media, forums and help emails. Your mission will be to solve problems and let our customers know how much we really (actually) care about them.
